Our Services
Expert new roof installations for new builds, extensions, and outbuildings — on schedule and built to last.
Whether you're building a new home, adding an extension, or constructing a commercial unit, we deliver the full roofing package — from specification and material procurement through to final installation and sign-off.
We work closely with architects, structural engineers, and main contractors to ensure the roof is delivered on programme, to spec, and within budget.

Four clear stages from initial survey to finished roof.
We carry out a full structural survey of your roof space, take detailed measurements, and work with you or your architect to specify the right system for the build.
We advise on which roofing material best suits your property's style, planning requirements, and long-term budget — and source everything before work begins.
Roof trusses, rafters, and decking are inspected and prepared. Any structural work required is completed before the weatherproofing layers are applied.
Felt underlay, battens, tiles or slates, ridge system, flashings, and guttering are all installed to the highest standard by our certified installation team.
We work with all major roofing materials and will help you choose the best option for your project.
Asphalt ShinglesA popular choice for new builds, available in a wide range of profiles and colours. Quick to install and easy to repair if damaged.
Natural SlateThe benchmark for quality roofing. Natural slate delivers unmatched lifespan and kerb appeal, ideal for high-end residential projects.
Clay Roof TilesA classic British material suited to period-style new builds and extensions. Excellent thermal mass and a timeless appearance.
Metal RoofingStanding-seam aluminium and steel roofing is increasingly popular on contemporary new builds. Fire-resistant, lightweight, and virtually maintenance-free.
Flat EPDM / GRPModern rubber (EPDM) and fibreglass (GRP) systems for flat-roofed extensions, garages, and outbuildings. Seamless, fully waterproof, and long-lasting.
Concrete TilesA cost-effective alternative to clay that offers good durability and a wide choice of profiles. Popular on volume house-build projects.

Yes. We work alongside self-builders, developers, and main contractors. We can provide a full roofing package from specification through to final inspection, or be brought in at any stage of the build.
A typical residential new-build roof takes 1–3 weeks depending on the size, pitch, and chosen material. Slate and clay tile roofs generally take longer than concrete tile or metal systems.
On a new-build, the roof is covered by your existing planning consent. For extensions or outbuildings, planning may or may not be required depending on size and location. We'll advise at the survey stage.
